Wealth Executive
- A degree in any discipline.
- A valid certification such as IC 38, NISM Series V-A, NISM Series XXI-A or NISM Series V-D.

For both posts, post-qualification experience of less than six months is not counted, except where it forms part of a candidate’s current employment. Experience in the clerical cadre is not considered for eligibility. Category-based age relaxation is available as specified by the Bank; candidates seeking it must provide the required certificates. Selection process and online test
Depending on the Bank’s decision, selection may involve application scrutiny, an online test, a psychometric test, group discussion (GD), personal interview (PI), or another suitable assessment. The Bank decides its shortlisting criteria internally.
If an online test is held, the first three sections are qualifying and their marks are not included in the merit list. There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer; unanswered questions do not attract a penalty. The minimum PI qualifying marks are 60% for General and EWS candidates and 55% for other reserved categories. Candidates who do not qualify in the PI will not be considered for final selection. The Bank may change the qualifying criteria.
Selected candidates will serve a probation period of 12 months of active service. The minimum service bond is three years. If an officer leaves before completing it, the stated payment in lieu is three months’ gross salary, capped at Rs. 2 lakh for JMG/S-I and Rs. 3 lakh for MMG/S-II.
